Exercise Classes

Postpartum Exercise Class

This class meets at a local park (location provided upon registration) for one hour sessions.

This class was started by request of our physical therapy clients because they couldn't find an exercise class that felt right.

This class is designed for moms who have pelvic floor problems, bladder leakage, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, or just don't know where or how to safely start exercising.

This class is low impact (no running or jumping) and focuses on strengthening, stretching, mobility, posture and core exercises.

We focus on the exercises new moms need to feel good and to assist in recovery.

Classes are led by Dr. Carri or one of our instructors that she has specifically trained.

Online Postpartum Exercise Class

This 4 week series is designed with the new mom in mind.

Each week you will receive three 10 minute videos to do.

One lower body class, one upper body class, and one core strengthening class.

These are intentionally made to be only 10 minutes so you can fit them in.

You need minimal equipment (resistance bands or weights are recommended but not required).
